Excellent program! Well structured, solid workouts and, for me, a perfect introduction to band training for muscle growth.
Good system especially if you're on the go I drive a truck and I'm able to get up and do my 30 to 45 minute workout a day it was kind of tough at first now I'm starting to get into the swing of things but I do injoy it
Better than expected.i've used free weights all my life and I've never taxed my muscles like I do with the bands.
I have always used dumbbells for my strength training. I thought I’d give this program a try due to issues with my left shoulder and back. The bands have been great and I get a good pump. I need to do a better job with my diet but the workouts have been great. I would recommend this program to anyone.
