    This really is an excellent program

    I have been able to get back into strength and muscle building without straining my joints and tendons and re-activating my past injuries. I have seen more results using the bands then I used to with free weights or machines. James is an excellent trainer and I appreciate all the videos that he makes accessible for everyone to use. I am impressed with this product and have been telling many others about how effective it is.
