    CAN RESISTANCE BANDS BUILD MUSCLE LIKE TRADITIONAL WEIGHTS?

    Not only can resistance bands build muscle just like traditional weights, they even have some advantages over free weights, other than just being portable. Unlike free weights where the level of resistance is fixed throughout an exercise, resistance bands create Linear Variable Resistance (LVR), meaning that the more you stretch them, the more resistance they create. This variable resistance more closely matches the natural strength curve of your muscles, where you are typically weaker at the start of a movement and stronger toward the end. This allows for stronger peak contractions, and therefore more potential muscle growth.

    WHAT MAKES TA2 DIFFERENT THAN OTHER RESISTANCE BAND PROGRAMS?

    Most of the resistance band programs out there are designed as full-body workouts. The downside of this style of training is that it's almost impossible to give each muscle group the concentrated attention they need to maximize muscle development. TA2 was designed using a weekly muscle building "split" with each muscle-group trained on separate days. This approach allows for multiple exercises per body-part, a higher quality of work, and ultimately more muscle.

    HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK DO YOU WORKOUT WITH THE TA2 BUILD PROGRAM?

    The TA2 Muscle Building Program follows a 5-day muscle building split, with each muscle group trained different days. The most effective schedule is 2-days in a row of workouts, followed by 1-day rest, then 3-days of workouts, followed by 1-day of rest, before starting the cycle again. This split allows for adequate recovery for all muscle groups.Here’s what it would look like: 

     Sunday: Off 

    Monday: Back

    Tuesday: Chest

    Wednesday: Off

    Thursday: Arms

    Friday: Shoulders

    Saturday: Legs

    HOW LONG IS EACH INDIVIDUAL TA2 BUILD WORKOUT?

    Most of the workouts are 4 total exercises, with 4-sets per exercise. If you keep your rest between sets down to 1-minute, you should be able to complete each exercise in 6-7 minutes.     WHAT TYPE OF MEDIA FORMAT IS THE TA2 PROGRAM AVAILABLE ON?

    The TA2 BUILD Program is an online program, that you access by logging in to the TA2 Portal. From there you will select that day’s workout on the calendar and then follow along with videos and photos for every exercise. You can view the program on your phone, iPad, tablet, computer, some smart TV’s or whatever is most convenient!

    SHOULD I WEAR GLOVES WITH THESE WORKOUTS?

    One of the advantages of using loop-style resistance bands is that you can grab the bands at different lengths, to create different levels of resistance (the more you shorten a band, the harder it is). With that being said, you’ll definitely want to wear gloves, to help you grip the bands better and avoid unnecessary wear and tear on your hands. Make sure to check out the custom-made Undersun gloves, that were specially designed for use with resistance bands. Free weights and bands each place pressure on different areas of the hands, and these gloves have protective padding in all the right places.

    IS THERE A GUARANTEE ON THE BANDS?

    We manufacture our bands out of high-quality natural latex to be as durable and long-lasting as possible. Like anything, the better you take care of them the better and longer they last. Make sure to avoid anchoring your bands to anything with a rough surface or sharp edge. With that being said, we do offer a full 1-year guarantee on our bands, for manufacturer defects. We do not replace bands that have been used incorrectly. To get a free replacement please take close-up pictures of the damaged, or faulty band, and open up a customer service ticket. We will respond right away and get you out a replacement, if we find that it is defective.

    CAN I RETURN MY BANDS OR GET A REFUND ON THE WORKOUT PLANS?

    If you cancel within 30-minutes of ordering we will refund 100% of your money, on both resistance bands and workout programs, with no cancellation charges. If you cancel after 30-minutes we will refund your purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. If you are returning your bands after receiving them, we will refund your money if they are unopened, in their original sealed packaging, in the same condition as when purchased. Simply pay to ship the bands back and we will refund your purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee. Individual workout plans/programs are a non-refundable item. When both the resistance bands and workout plan are purchased together, the 10% restocking fee will be waived, with the full value of the bands refunded; The cost of the program is non-refundable.

    WHAT IS THE DOOR ANCHOR FOR?

    The door anchor is a very helpful tool for anchoring your band to any doorway. Simply close the strap in the door, with the soft foam end on the opposite side of the door from you. With the padded loop, of the door anchor, on your side of the closed door, feed the band through the loop just a few inches and then feed the band through its own loop. This will secure it to the strap. Make sure to close the door securely. Now you can use any door as an anchor point. You can anchor it at the top of the door, the side, or even on the bottom.

    CAN I HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO THE LATEX BANDS?

    Some people have allergic reactions from skin contact with latex. According to the Asthma & Allergy Association of America, roughly one percent (1%) of the general population in the US has a natural latex allergy. Undersun Resistance Bands are made from 100% Natural Latex, as it is more environmentally friendly to produce natural latex bands, than bands made from petrochemicals. If you have a known allergy to natural latex then it is not advisable to use resistance bands made from natural latex. Common early symptoms include swelling, redness and itching after contact with latex items.

    HOW DO I ACCESS MY WORKOUT GUIDE?

    Once you purchase your TA2 Workout Program look in your email for an invitation to register your account. Once you’ve set up your login you will go to the login link, in the main navigation bar, of the Undersunfitness.com website. Click the link and enter your login info. Now you have full exclusive access to the TA2 Online Program.

    DO YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

    Yes we ship resistance bands to most countries around the world. At checkout you will see a dropdown list of all the countries that we ship to. The TA2 Workout Plans are digital downloads which can be purchased and downloaded anywhere.

    DO THESE BANDS NEED HANDLES?

    Undersun Resistance Bands are loop-style bands which do not require any handles or carabiner attachments. This style of band is lighter weight, more portable and has more flexibility in anchoring lengths, for creating more variety in resistance levels.

    WHAT IS AN “ANCHORED” EXERCISE?

    An anchored exercise means that you are attaching the bands, or “anchoring” the bands to an object (a door, with an undersun door anchor, or a pole, pull-up bar, or any smooth surface that you can wrap the bands around. An “unanchored” exercise means that you are using your own body to create an anchor point. For example, standing on the bands, to anchor it, for a shoulder press, is an example of an unanchored exercise.WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS?Besides secure credit card payment, we offer Paypal, GooglePay, AmazonPay and ApplePay as payment options.

    DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?
