Where does undersun ship?
Undersun ships to all of Canada.
Standard Shipping across Canada will take 4-7 business days.
When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing may takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
where does Undersun ship?
Undersun Canada site does not ship outside of Canada. You may order from https://undersunfitness.com for international shipping.
What Can I return?
If you cancel within 30-minutes of ordering we will refund 100% of your money, on both resistance bands and workout programs, with no cancellation charges.
If you cancel after 30-minutes we will refund your purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. If you are returning your bands after receiving them, we will refund your money if they are unopened, in their original sealed packaging, in the same condition as when purchased. Simply pay to ship the bands back and we will refund your purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee. Individual workout plans/programs are a non-refundable item. When both the resistance bands and workout plan are purchased together, the 10% restocking fee will be waived, with the full value of the bands refunded; The cost of the program is non-refundable.
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges on Undersun Workout Gloves.

How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to get you the right product.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can use one promo code per order. If you find two promo codes, please choose the one you want to use more.
Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?
You can use a promo code along with free shipping when you buy two or more items. Other offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate promo code. If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also enter a promo code, we’ll apply the best deal.
