A program for an old, out of shape guy like me!
As a 50 year old, USMC Vet that spent years of complacency due to PTSD, I needed a motivating program to help me get back in shape. I found resistance bands were a great options since they provide flexibility, weight and cardio to begin my process into activity and healthiness. My first workout with the light band was too much. I dropped to the extra light band and now I'm able to slowly build my cardio, strength and endurance to complete the daily workouts. As an instructional technologist, the programs are well developed for all levels of fitness.
